Want to avoid Alzheimer’s? Who doesn’t? It hurts to see so many of our friends and loved ones who develop some form of dementia in their later years. A reported 5 million Americans currently have Alzheimer’s. I recently attended an Alzheimer’s and Dementia Summit hosted by Jonathan Landsman, and I’d like to share with you some natural ways to slash your risk of Alzheimer’s, the most debilitating form of dementia.

Coconut oil provides the brain with this alternative source of fuel, and scientific data suggests that Alzheimer’s can be reversed during this energy conversion process. In a highly publicized incident, a physician named Mary Newport gave coconut oil to her husband Steve, who suffered from Alzheimer’s and the prescription drugs had no effect. He immediately started improving after consuming coconut oil.
Omega-3 Fatty Acids’ DHA and EPA are known to reduce inflammation, and regular consumption before significant progression of Alzheimer’s can avoid serious brain health problems. Best sources are organic walnuts, flax and hempseeds, wild-caught Alaskan salmon and sardines, and 100% grass-fed beef.
